Grace Manor Care Center is proud to announce that two of its outstanding leaders were recognized among Colorado’s best at the Colorado Health Care Association’s 2025 Spotlight on Excellence Awards.
The CHCA Spotlight on Excellence Awards are presented annually by the Colorado Health Care Association to recognize outstanding professionals in long-term care and senior living. These awards celebrate individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, dedication, and innovation in serving residents, families, and team members across Colorado’s nursing homes and assisted living communities. Grace Manor Care Center had the exceptional honor of having two team members nominated:
• Staci Schlichenmayer – Business Office Manager, nominated for excellence in Business Management. Staci has been with Grace Manor for over a decade, where her commitment to residents, families, and staff has been a steady force in the day-to-day success of the community.
• Sherri Weber – Nursing Home Administrator, nominated for excellence in Administration. Sherri has dedicated more than 30 years to Grace Manor, serving in nearly every position within the organization before becoming Administrator. Her longevity and dedication are a true testament to her love of Grace Manor and its mission.
In an incredibly competitive field, Staci Schlichenmayer was named the 2025 Spotlight on Excellence Award Winner for Business Management. Sherri Weber’s nomination as one of only three statewide finalists is also a testament to her decades of dedication, leadership, and commitment to the residents and families Grace Manor serves.
