Grace Manor Care Center has been recognized as a 2025 recipient of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). This prestigious national honor recognizes long-term and post-acute care providers that demonstrate a strong foundation for delivering quality care and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Grace Manor Care Center is one of 653 care centers nationwide to receive the Bronze Award this year. Of these, 486 are skilled nursing facilities, including Grace Manor, which proudly serves the Eastern Colorado region with compassionate care and a focus on residents’ dignity and well-being.
“We are incredibly proud to receive this national recognition,” said Sherri Weber, Executive Director of Grace Manor Care Center. “This award is a testament to our team’s dedication to providing resident-centered care and continually striving for excellence.”
The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program is a rigorous three-level process—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—that evaluates long-term care providers on their commitment to quality improvement and organizational excellence. Facilities at the Bronze level must clearly articulate their mission, vision, and values, and demonstrate how they use performance improvement strategies to enhance outcomes for those they serve.
“Starting the Quality Award journey is about more than recognition—it’s about building a culture that puts quality first,” said Cathy Bergland, Chair of the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Board. “We congratulate Grace Manor and all the 2025 Bronze recipients on this achievement.”
